Using insights from the research phase as our foundation, we translated Arera's mission and values into a cohesive visual and structural design.

Navigation & Flow — We created flow diagrams to map out the website's navigation, ensuring visitors could move intuitively between service offerings and easily reach a point of contact, regardless of which audience they belonged to.

Visual Identity — We developed a visual system aligned with Arera's identity, built around warm, people-focused photography and an approachable layout. This direction was chosen to convey trust, empathy, and accessibility — fitting for an organisation supporting individuals through disability services, therapy, and community work while reflecting their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Design to Development — We built a website mockup and presented it to the client for review, refining the design based on feedback until it was approved. Once signed off, the design was implemented within WordPress, ready for launch.

This process ensured the final website was both visually aligned with Arera's identity and structurally intuitive for their audience.

The final result is a warm, accessible four page site that clearly separates Arera's four service lines while unifying them under a consistent, mission driven narrative. It balances two distinct audiences ,individuals seeking support and organisations seeking consultancy without fragmenting the experience, and keeps a clear "Get In Touch" pathway visible throughout, built to convert visitors into consultations regardless of their reason for reaching out.
